Connector failure one: poor contact
From the structural point of view, the metal conductor inside the connector is the core part of the whole equipment, which is used to match the electrical pressure or current of the externally connected wires or cables, and the data signal is equal to each other and transmitted to the connector contact matched with each other. Therefore, the connector design must require excellent structure, reliable stability and good conductive performance. Because this kind of situation often occurs, there are many reasons, which may be due to unreasonable design of the contact parts of the connector, problems in material selection, or the processed size does not meet the design requirements, rough or unequal installation methods, which will cause poor connection between the connector and the equipment. Therefore, when the electronic device fails, the problem to be considered is the contact problem, be sure to check all the joints, and consider other problems when the connection is tight. There is also a problem involved here, that is, the cause of this poor insulation. Due to the existence of surplus substances on the surface or inside of the insulator equipment, such as common dust, burrs and other adsorbents, the moisture absorption of the insulating material will be caused for a long time. The aging will occur in the occurrence of short circuit, leakage and faults. If the insulating material is not up to standard, it is our choice error, if there is a situation is caused by environmental impact, it is caused by our improper use and poor protection, especially the damage to the insulation layer of the connector caused by humid corrosive environment, which must be avoided as much as possible, so as not to cause more unnecessary losses, especially the protection of leakage, and may also involve human safety issues. Connector fault three: connector fixed instability
Due to poor fixing or slight shaking, the connector can be powered off, and even more serious, the connection will be interrupted and the product will disintegrate. This can generally be avoided by changing the installation method, especially the rationality of the installation, the close combination of installation and use, this problem will not appear. Therefore, when choosing, we should try our best to set up close connections between different products, and choose products with design requirements and relatively mature technology.
